BTCS Inc. has purchased 14,240 more ETH for $55 million, raising its total ETH holdings to 70,028—worth around $270 million at $3,850 per ETH.
This follows a prior acquisition of 29,122 ETH, which drove BTCS shares up 7.6%.The company also raised $1.64 million through a stock sale and issued $10 million in convertible notes.
Year-to-date, BTCS has secured $207 million via its “DeFi/TradFi Accretion Flywheel” model. Shares jumped 8.5% pre-market after the news, hitting $5.08—up 131% in a month.
